Summer Fun at the Library
The
summer reading program has begun! Anyone with a library
card may sign up their children ages 4 and up. Kids will
make crafts, earn prizes for reading and take part in some
wild adventures. Here are some important dates to
remember:
Saturday, June 20 Kickoff Party hosted by 4-H –
June is
11am -
noon Dairy month. We’ll learn about
cows
and enjoy some “dairy” good
treats
Thursday, July 2 Meet at the lake for
fishing. A pavilion
10am –
11:30am will be marked. Equipment, drinks
and
snacks will be
provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL CHILDREN 10 AND UNDER
MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT THE LAKE BY AN ADULT!!!
Saturday, July 18 Critters of Carlyle Lake –
meet some
11am –
noon really “wild” animals in our area,

Saturday, July 25 Wrap-up Party – We’ll create
our own
11am –
noon wild adventure with Abra-Kid-Abra.
